Role Overview

We are looking for a Travel Services Specialist to be the backbone of our travel operations and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands travel logistics, loves interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-growing startup environment. You will work closely with tour partners and travellers to ensure smooth trip bookings, accurate listings, and exceptional end-to-end travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update trip listings from tour partners, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality.

  • Coordinate with tour operators to confirm availability, itineraries, and inclusions.

  • Handle customer inquiries before, during, and after trips via phone, email, and chat.

  • Support the booking process, including confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

  • Monitor trip feedback and help resolve customer or partner issues professionally.

  • Work with the product and marketing teams to improve trip content and user experience.

  • Maintain organized records of bookings, partners, and customer interactions.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in travel operations, tour management, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of local and regional travel destinations is a strong advantage.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and online booking systems.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
