The details of your meeting point will be on the trip listing. Once you book your trip, the details will also be on your trip ticket. Additionally, TripSoko and the trip organizer will communicate to you if any changes come up before the trip date.

Communicate as early as possible. Depending on the trip and how early you communicate, you will be refunded or your payment be transferred to another trip of your choosing.

No, you do not need an account to book a trip, but for the booking process, you will be required to provide your email address and phone number, for the purposes of communicating with you and sending your tickets.

We have integrated Paystack as our payment gateway, which allows all major forms of payments, including Credit and Debit Cards, Mpesa, Mpesa Till Number and Apple Pay. Note that Tripsoko is located in Kenya, and some banks and credit cards may charge a transaction fee for international payments. Please contact your card provider directly for further information about transaction fees.

Once you checkout, an email with all the trip information will be sent to you. You can use this information to contact the trip organizer incase of emergencies and last-minute changes prior to the trip. Your contact information will also be shared with the trip organizer, who will reach out to you to confirm the meeting point, hotel pick-up and transfer details.

In the event that you can't find the email with your trip ticket, simply contact us and the tickets will be resent to you. Alternatively, you can sign up on Tripsoko using the email address you used when booking your trip. Under your profile menu, go to "My Adventures". Your trip tickets will be under the "Upcoming Trips" tab.
